Mum & Dad moved out of Little Ashridge at 1300 on 22 June 2005, but the weeks leading up to the move were a major exercise in reducing the amount of things that would be taken to their new home. In last few days it was a case of sorting the things that were staying from the stuff that was going and then making the house ready for the new owners. The weather was brilliantly sunny, much different from the day they moved in when it was snowing.
And just before Dad left he had a little play on the piano...

With all Mum & Dad's stuff in storage, they went to stay with Sue, Karl, Stephen and Michael along with Jack and Tabitha for a week whilst Karl, Liz and I worked on preparing the new house for their arrival a week later.
