Driving round the northern coast of Corfu we stopped off at a beach that also had a wildlife sanctuary and fresh water lake, shortly after we arrive we spotted smoke coming from the bushes, within a couple of minutes there was a serious fire raging.  However the air fire crew dropped a load of water on it after about 10 minutes and at about the same time the fire engine turned up.  (Video clip WM9 2.5Mb).

We also stopped at cafe in the mountains which had the least private loo you have come across in a long time (see picture below of large hole in wall and mirror!!).
